Abay is a co-founder and one of the Managing Partners of ICG Associates. He is a dynamic, forward thinking, highly motivated and skilled leader with more than twenty years experience in the public, private and charity sectors where he has successfully built, managed and led cross functional teams in Finance, Marketing, Public Relations, Television and Media, Information Technology, Events and Programme management, Property and Facilities management, Fleet management, Training and General management.

Abay brings extensive experience covering Technology, Business Analysis, Strategic Management, Operations Management and Project Management. He also brings expertise in the delivery and support of business systems across organisations. This includes the planning, design, development, and launch of efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organisational functions and business processes.

He is a public speaker, radio presenter, effective leader and entrepreneur. Abay is a graduate of University of Ibadan and the Middlesex University Business School. He is a member of the Project Management Institute; a Certified Prince 2 practitioner, and a member of the British Computer Society (Chartered Institute for IT).

Abimbola (a.k.a Bimbo or Bola) Odunsi is an experienced senior manager with several years’ service as a Chief Officer in 2 London Boroughs. He is a co-founder and Managing Partner of ICG Limited and a politically astute strategic change manager with years of experience in delivering sustainable transformational change programmes across the public sector in the UK. His local government career spans 7 London Boroughs including most recently Barking & Dagenham where he headed the Revenues & Benefits and Corporate Customer Services Divisions.

He brings extensive leadership skills and senior management experience including, strategic leadership, transformational and change management skills, programme & project management expertise, Revenue maximisation and extensive knowledge of customer insight & stakeholder management. Bimbo is a strong commercial and operational leader, able to engage and drive through complex and often transformational change, at all levels within an organisation.

Bola is a corporate Member of the IRRV (Institute of Revenues, Ratings & Valuation), a graduate of University of Lagos - BSC (Hons) in Chemistry and a MBA (Masters of Business Administration) from University of East London. He is an experienced conference speaker and has written articles in a number of key publications including the Local Government Chronicle and IRRV’s Insight & Benefit magazine.

Dayo is a co-founder and one of the Managing Partners of ICG Associates. An astute banker, teacher, public speaker, a strategic thinker, and an effective leader, Dayo left Citibank London in December 2009 as a Senior Vice President after more than 13 years in the bank and more 2 decades in banking sector to concentrate on his entrepreneurial ventures. He previously worked for Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of America, Schroeders Investment, and National Westminster Bank in UK. Prior to entering into banking sector, Dayo spent a few years in the service of UK Inland Revenue as a Revenue Executive.

Dayo brings extensive commercial experience covering Strategic Management of corporate and charitable services, Business Development, Change Management, Asset Management and Servicing, Project Management and Implementation, Operations Management, effective Leadership skills etc.

Dayo is widely consulted both in UK and Nigeria on matters relating to business start-up, business growth, human capacity development and effective management of charities/NGO. He sits in the board of many companies and UK charities. He is a member of Research and Strategy Committee of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Nigeria.

He is a graduate of Imperial College Business School (MBA), and a Fellow of the Institute of Finance (FIFS-UK); Securities and Investments Institute (FSI-UK); and the Chartered Institute of Bankers (FCIB - Nigeria). He previously graduated at University of Ibadan with a Masters degree in Public Administration.
